in Corona, called Corona Extra, is a brand of Mexican beer lager type, belonging to the group Cerveceria Modelo.
It is one of the most famous and popular beers in the world, represented in roughly 150 countries.
In Italy came in 1989, distributed by the Genoese Biscaldi until 2007, when the new distributor becomes the Carlsberg.
Features
The Crown is a blonde beer with an alcohol content of 4.6% alcohol by volume and has a gold color, with a thin foam and evanescent. It is precisely the lack of foam on why this beer should be consumed strictly and directly from the bottle: the 'absence of the foam would encourage excessive oxygenation of the product, altering the flavor.
It is a slightly bitter beer, from mild hoppy aftertaste, to be consumed at a temperature of 5-7 degrees and it is preferable to accompany it with a thin slice of lemon or lime stuck in the neck of the bottle to enhance the freshness and increase the quenching effect.
