History:
Originally, the ice cream was certainly not what we know. In ancient times, probably, you refrigeravano fruit, milk and honey to make nutritious food. There is a European study on food stored in ice by Neanderthal populations, which hid in the snow, in order to preserve their life, berries and pieces of deer meat and dried fruits. The Arab domination in Sicily:
The cultivation of sugar cane is imported into Sicily and Spain by the Arabs in the ninth century.
