I close my eyes and make myself enveloped by the scent of the fruit. The melon is extraordinary, has a scent that involves voluptuous, sensual, dare I say. And then raise your hand if you have ever eaten the melon with a slice of ham, it is difficult to find anyone who has not at least tasted.
